What is aTradeon?
aTradeon is an online Trading Platform for green energy resources and projects. The platform enables players in this industry to register as members. Member project owners can post green energy projects or plants for sale (Offer), and member financial investors can request to invest in such projects (Demand). Once either party has shown interest in a posting, it's up to aTradeon's professionals to bring both parties together and to support them to conclude a deal.aTradeon is an online Trading Platform for green energy resources and projects. Do I get personal service and support?
Yes, you can take advantage of aTradeon's highly experienced professionals who handle all trades. They will support you personally.
In the event of difficulties, our professionals will do everything possible to further the conclusion of the purchase contract. In case a project does not 100% fit your needs, we will be able to provide alternative solutions from our portfolio and network.
What is a fully registered member?
A fully registered member is a a subscribing organization having registered and having agreed to the General Terms and Conditions and having signed the Non Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement. Only a fully registered member is able to make full use of the services offered on the aTradeon platform, including publishing postings to the Brokerage Sections "Offer" and "Demand" and responding to such postings.
Can everybody trade?
Only fully registered members may add postings of projects or investment requests to the aTradeon platform and respond to other members' postings.
Can I change my registered data?
Members are obliged to inform aTradeon's staff immediately of any changes to their company or users’ personal data. A member may at any time update the registered information through editing their profile, with the exception of the member’s company name and the user’s personal name. Such changes can only be performed by an administrator of the platform.
What about Exclusivity?
Generally aTradeon does not ask for an exclusive broker assignment. The consequence is that a Member retains the right to sell the project or plant directly on its own behalf, with no sales commission to aTradeon, to other potential buyers. The seller further has the right to list the project or plant with other brokers.
However, if a Member wants a posting to be included in the "Featured Projects" section of the aTradeon platform with display of the full exposé, aTradeon will ask for an exclusive brokerage assignment for the period of display in the "Featured Projects" section.
Do I have to bear any cost?
For the Investor (Buyer) the brokerage services are absolutely free of charge.
aTradeon will charge a small Trade Commission Fee to the project owner or plant owner (Seller), in case the project will be sold to an investor. Neither party has to pay any setup fee or registration fee nor any fees for publishing postings. You may want to review the detailed pricing policy.
